We were lucky enough to wrap up the end of the year installing some exciting property styling packages throughout the Gold Coast. So we thought we’d bring in 2018 by looking back at some of our recently completed projects, and sharing the results with you here on the blog!

Property Styling: Hillcrest Avenue, Tweed Heads South

This elevated 3-bedroom home was nestled amongst lush greenery, with a modern white and timber palette that flowed throughout the interior design. With wide glass windows showcasing incredible panoramic views, it was important for us to create comfortable and appealing living areas without obstructing the outlook.

We chose a selection of furniture and decor in warm, coastal tones to complement the existing design of the property. Pale cream lounges were paired with navy and grey textiles for a relaxed and inviting living area, flowing harmoniously through to a timber dining setting in prime position by the window. Plenty of lush potted plants and statement decor pieces helped us utilise empty corners and hallways, adding freshness and depth into the space.

Working with the team at North Estate Agents Banora, we are so pleased with the end result - not only does the home look appealing for inspections, but the photos create an inviting first impression, too.

Property styling: Pacific Parade, Currumbin

Ideally situated across from beautiful Currumbin beach, this 2-bedroom apartment was a prime piece of real estate. We wanted to showcase the incredible location with a coastal-inspired furniture hire package that tied into the beachfront surrounds.

Dove grey, deep blues, vibrant teals and whitewash timber accents created the perfect colour palette for this property styling project. We created two distinct “zones” in the open plan living area, with a modern sofa and cosy textiles complementing the bench-style timber dining setting. Bedrooms were styled with contemporary furnishings and subtle nautical influences, with hero artworks contributing to the overall ambience.

Working with the team at Currumbin Realty, we think the end result appeals perfectly to those dreaming of an idyllic coastal lifestyle or relaxed beach retreat.

Property Styling: Fourth Avenue, Palm Beach

This uber-modern Palm Beach townhouse was a dream to furnish - a brand new development and the perfect blank canvas!

The townhouse featured a contemporary interior fit-out, with timber grain flooring, crisp white walls and beautiful finishes. It was crucial to style the space with the right pieces to give the impression of luxury beach living and high-end design.

We chose a coastal-inspired palette of sand, soft blues and grey accents in the open-plan living area, using a selection of modern furniture and textiles to create an airy and inviting ambience. Bedrooms were styled with subtle pastel tones and bursts of colour, with statement artworks tying the look together.

Working with the team at First National Burleigh, the end result really does emphasise the abundance of natural light throughout the home - creating a space that complements the contemporary design, luxury finishes and beachside location.
