Cypress Terrace
Nestled within the thriving coastal suburb of Palm Beach in Queensland, happily resides this stunning 3-storey home. Like any home, the exterior design is equally as important to the interior design, and this home does not disappoint. The front facade is an extension of the interior, and is so beautifully executed with its simple but texturally warm materials showcased, along with clean lines and a soft coastal colour palette. A neutral colour and materials palette was selected for the inside of this home, in order to ensure that the home didn’t come across boring or clinical looking. The designer made sure the cabinetry that was selected was going to be a colour which not only tied back into the flooring for a cohesive look, but also created the perfect visual impact. ‘NavUrban Diamond - Frenchman’s Oak’ by New Age Veneers was the chosen cabinetry used throughout the home, selected for it’s mid-warm colour tone and visible deep grains. This cabinetry, along with the feature colour of the island bench (Dulux - Vipere), and the feature breeze block wall by the pool, brought together and completed the stylish look. Each of the materials and colours worked harmoniously creating a stunning and cohesive feel throughout; giving this home a Mid Century edge against a timeless coastal design style.
