Situated in the sought-after suburb of Suffolk Park is this beautifully designed family holiday home that offers a flowing layout, peaceful outdoor areas that over look lush greenery, and an open plan living design. 

Our interstate clients came to us to help furnish the entirety of their new holiday home. This process started with an 'In Home Consultation' service, where our Designer Ellen visited the property to gain a good understanding of the home itself, the location, size of the rooms and take reference photos of each space at varying angles. 

This client's design brief was ‘Coastal Contemporary Beach House’. Creating a home that they could use themselves while up on holidays, but also be able to rent out as a short term holiday rental. A crucial detail for our designer to be aware of, as when it came time to sourcing the furniture, she knew that she would have to look for and suggest pieces that were not only practical, but also durable. This also came with a crucial deadline, so Ellen got right onto the sourcing and presenting the ideas through a mood-board. 

After the mood-board meeting, the clients confirmed they were happy with all of the items suggested and were ready to proceed to the next stage. The next stage takes us to taking care of the logistics side of things - this involves our Designer checking stock availability with the suppliers, placing orders and quality checking over the items upon delivery to our showroom. Once all ordered items are received, we then schedule in a date for install and style at the property. The size and scale of this home involved 2 truck loads and an entire day to set up, including full styling of the property... ready for the clients to come into the home and immediately switch into holiday mode. 

We are extremely happy with how this home turned out, and being able to help execute our clients vision is why we do what we do, and love doing it!
