Moss Street, Kingscliff

About the home: This luxury dual-level apartment was located in a prime position overlooking Cudgen Creek, with panoramic waterfront views. Boasting 3-bedrooms, 2 balconies and an open plan kitchen and living area, we were excited to deck out this modern, light-filled space.

Our property styling strategy: For this particular apartment, we wanted to appeal to buyers on the hunt for luxury living and a relaxed coastal lifestyle. With views of the creek filtering in through glass windows, it was important that we chose colours and textures to complement the natural surroundings.

Keeping this in mind, we chose a subtle coastal palette of white, grey and timber, with cool blue and green accents. Statement furniture pieces such as white cross back dining chairs, modern linen lounges and woven rugs helped us achieve an organic, earthy look, as we used colourful accessories, statement artworks and potted plants to complete the aesthetic.

We also showcased both outdoor balconies with relaxed furniture and sun lounges, while making the master bedroom a feature with crisp white linen, cosy textiles and a luxe upholstered bedhead.

Ryder Court, Robina

About the home: This 4-bedroom family home was located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Robina - an ideal property for buyers wanting a tranquil and peaceful lifestyle. With freshly painted walls, bamboo flooring, outdoor entertaining areas and a spacious family room, this home required the right property styling package to showcase its very best features.

Our property styling strategy: To complement the existing floor and wall colours, we kept things neutral with a relaxed palette of cool browns, greys and taupes, with hints of teal, navy and green to add a pop of colour.

We used modern furniture and thoughtful floor plans to create a warm, inviting ambience, being sure to showcase how each area of the home could be used and enjoyed by the whole family, including the family room and outdoor entertaining areas.

Bedrooms were also enhanced with colourful art features, study nooks and armchairs, making the most out of the available space to boost the value of the home.

Casuarina Way, Casuarina

About the home: This luxury 2-bedroom apartment was situated in a highly sought-after location, with light, airy interiors, glass windows, polished floors and modern finishes. The apartment also included a wraparound balcony and open floor plan - the perfect space for couples or young families.

Our property styling strategy: We kept things modern, fresh and coastal with contemporary furniture selections and a relaxed coastal palette to enhance the aesthetic of the home. We also used thoughtful design elements to help the unit look and feel spacious and inviting, including a glass-topped dining table, fresh whites and a bright pop of colour.

To complete the look, we incorporated luxe gold accents and rich velvet cushions, while decking out the balcony with a styled dining setting and tropical influences to complement the garden surroundings.
